Rachel VoglesoRachel Voglesong Teen Therapy Kalamazoong, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She specialized in Latino/a Mental Health and has over 7 years of experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families. She has worked with teens and adolescents with sexually abusive behaviors, and adolescents struggling with delinquency.  Do you worry that your child or teen is not able to find the words to describe what they are thinking or feeling? Rachel Voglesong, LPC is a therapist for teens, children, and families who struggle with anxiety, depression,  family conflict, and delinquency.  Rachel has years of experience as a home-based therapist through Community Mental Health helping families involved in the juvenile court system. Rachel has experience working with children, teens, and families who have experienced abuse/neglect, trauma, and substance abuse.

Rachel specializes in working with families and youth who face difficult behavioral and emotional challenges, such as home conflicts, life transitions, and more. Rachel believes in the strength of family and incorporates parents into therapy to empower parents to be a part of their child’s healing.  With her passion for helping youth and their families achieve their goals through improving communication, Rachel helps each child or teen learn new ways to cope with and manage behavioral and emotional concerns. She utilizes trauma-informed approaches to help treat a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, adoption and foster care, and family conflict.
