Rachel Voglesong, LPC
With a compassionate approach and desire to empower her clients to achieve healthier relationships, Rachel is dedicated to guiding children, families, and parents through many of life’s challenges. Rachel received her Master’s in Counseling Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She specialized in Latino/a Mental Health, and has worked with children and families since completing her degree. As a licensed professional counselor focusing on child and family therapies, parent support, and trauma-focused care, Rachel offers a safe and supportive space for growth and healing.
Rachel’s expertise lies in helping clients in adolescence and late childhood navigate emotional and behavioral difficulties while empowering parents with strategies to foster healthy relationships and resilient family dynamics. Rachel provides sessions for parents to address and overcome specific parenting barriers and guide them toward a healthier parenting approach. Rachel provides trauma-focused services, such as TF-CBT, to assist individuals in processing and overcoming past experiences to build a brighter, more hopeful future. She also has experience working with sexually abusive teenage behaviors and works to empower families to strengthen their safety and health in their relationships.
